From the detailed review of the agreements, in some cases a clause-by-clause review to answering any questions or concerns I had and the sharing of documented company policies relating to replacement of trees I felt very comfortable that the team at IPST not only had things well under control but would manage my investment safely.

I visited the plantaion in December 2023 when the trees were just seedlings and to see the progress of the trees in the quarterly updates is very reassuring. I wanted to see how the whole process worked including making sure that a supply chain was in place before making the investment. Actually, being there and seeing all the measures in place gave me far more confidence and understanding on how the business works.

The team at IPST even went as far as calling to advise they are running ahead of schedule and wanted to advise me they would start limiting the height of my trees and also explained why.

I am looking forward to seeing the plantation again soon and watch my initial return on investment start flowing.
